Over a decade ago, I had a vision for what a pet store should, and shouldn't, be. Back then, fresh feeding was far from mainstream, but I knew that domestic dogs and cats deserved better: species-appropriate nutrition, natural health solutions, and toxin-free products.
Fast forward to today, and Top End Pet Wellness Co. has grown into the Northern Territory's trusted destination for holistic natural pet care, all while operating from one of the country's most remote capital cities, Darwin. Despite the challenges, we've built something truly special, right here in our own backyard.
We exist to serve your animal and their needs, without compromise. I'm incredibly proud of our team, our mission, and the impact we've made, here in the Territory we call home.
A New Name, the Same Heart
You might have known us as Aussie Pooch. As we've grown, we made the decision to bring our Northern Territory store under its own name, Top End Pet Wellness Co., so we can stay focused on what matters most: serving our local community with the same care, honesty and expertise you've always relied on.
Same team. Same shop on Bishop St. Same commitment to natural, toxin-free products for your dog or cat. Just a name that reflects who we really are: your local, Territory-based pet wellness store.
Our mission is simple: to extend and enhance the quality of life for dogs and cats.
We do this by carefully sourcing natural, healthy alternatives to the toxic, chemically-laden products that flood the pet industry.
More than just a pet store, we're here to educate and empower pet guardians with knowledge on nutrition, natural remedies, and detoxing from harmful substances.
At Top End Pet Wellness Co. we believe:
Every product we stock aligns with these core values, whether you're looking for natural chew treats, eco-friendly grooming, or natural supplements. We've got you covered, with transparency, care, and integrity.
Because your pet deserves the best.
